Leonard C. Albright
Leonard is an Environmental Scientist and Biologist with 23 years of experience in the environmental industry. Leonard has been with Green Star since the year 2000, and has managed the Lewisville office since that time. Leonard’s primary focus as an environmental consultant is addressing soil and groundwater impacts through a combination of risk-based and remedial strategies. Additionally, Leonard works actively in the areas of due diligence and environmental compliance and is responsible for all technical and regulatory aspects of environmental projects in multiple states, as well as project planning, management, and project execution. Leonard’s experience extends across the country, having worked on projects in 25 states, most recently in Texas, Florida, California, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, and Washington, DC.

R. Steven George, P.G.
Steve is a geologist by training with seven years of oil and gas exploration experience prior to entering the environmental consulting practice in 1989. He has focused on providing rapid identification of environmental issues with realistic quantification of risk to facilitate investigations and closures of sites in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Steve’s current practice includes development of risk management, remedial strategies, closure services, and litigation support on environmental projects for industrial, commercial, and municipal clients in the United States and Canada. Steve has resolved environmental issues at numerous sites in Texas through the application of various Texas Commission on Environmental Quality programs including the Voluntary Cleanup Program, Innocent Owner/Operator Program, Dry Cleaning Remediation Program, Underground Storage Tanks, Corrective Action, State Superfund, and Spill Response. Recently, Steve has helped develop Municipal Setting Designations programs in several North Texas cities and has become an expert at their performance.
